Capital Campaign:

A Gift of Grace

Rooted in Tradition, Inspired to Do More.

Grace Inspired Living is conducting its first Capital Campaign for $2.5 Million to launch two major initiatives for our continuing care retirement communities. The Community at Rockhill will embark on a multi-phase renovation of its Healthcare Center, while Lutheran Community at Telford will renovate a historic farmhouse and barn to create a new hub for engaging in life enrichment activities.

Since our founding in 2017, Grace Inspired Living has been dedicated to compassionate, person-centered care. Today, this is reflected in ongoing innovations, thriving wellness programs and commitment to our residents’ dignity and wellbeing. Explore our history to learn more about the affiliation and long-standing heritage of our communities.

To make these initiatives a reality, we need the commitment of our supporters. There are opportunities to give at numerous levels where your contribution will be recognized. A Gift of Grace ~ Inspiring Our Future showcases your philanthropic support to fund these modernization efforts and continue a legacy at Grace Inspired Living.

Renovation of the historic farmhouse and barn adjacent to Lutheran Community at Telford will showcase a vibrant, new Life Enrichment Center, to include a Horticultural Center, Guest Apartments and Creative Arts Barn.

At the Rockhill campus, an updated Healthcare Center will feature both private and semi-private rooms with private bathrooms, along with renovated dining and activity spaces, all to meet the modern needs and preferences of our residents.

Funds generated through the Capital Campaign will be instrumental in achieving the goals of our communities. Each gift will have an impact on the residents in our communities. These projects have been thoughtfully selected as areas where our residents’ lives would be positively affected by updated facilities and amenities.
