Summerfield offers three duplex cottage styles designed for one-floor, convenient maintenance-free living and now lofted townhomes, as of early 2026. Site reservations for Phase IV opened in August 2025. Spacious floor plans and classic, customizable interiors that can be tailored to your personal taste await you.
