Our state-of-the-art Healthcare Pavilion at Lutheran Community at Telford is not just a facility. It is a reflection of our philosophy of person-centered care. Our Skilled Nursing residents live in neighborhoods consisting of small groups sharing house and home, while directing their own daily lives.

To ensure individual comfort, each resident has their own heating and air conditioning controls. There is plenty of natural lighting throughout. Our country-style kitchens were designed so that our residents can delight in their dining experience with access to snacks any time of the day or night. Our residents love sitting outside, and each neighborhood has its own porch to enjoy our beautiful grounds and gardens.
