Our state-of-the-art Healthcare Pavilion at Lutheran Community at Telford is not just a facility. It is a reflection of our philosophy of person-centered care. Skilled Nursing residents live in “neighborhoods,” consisting of small groups that share house and home, while directing their own daily lives.

To ensure individual comfort, each resident has their own heating and air conditioning controls. There is plenty of natural light that flows throughout our picturesque pavilion. Country-style kitchens are designed so our residents can delight in their dining experience, complete with access to snacks any time of day (or night!). Our healthcare residents love sitting outside, so each neighborhood has its own communal porch to gather and enjoy our beautiful grounds and gardens.

Our Healthcare Pavilion is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
