A Healthy Retirement Comes Easily at Rockhill.

Our Healthcare neighborhood is proud to be named a “Best Nursing Home” for 2024-2025 by U.S. News & World Report! Just under 3,000 nursing homes in the country earned this nationwide distinction, and less than 100 in Pennsylvania (13th percentile). Skilled Nursing Facilities across the U.S. receive an overall ranking based on many factors, including resident care, safety, infection control, health inspection results, patient outcomes, nurse staffing and more, contributing to ratings for both Short-term Rehabilitation and Long-term Care. The Community at Rockhill scored as high-ranking in both categories. It’s more than healthcare. It’s community.

Skilled Nursing (also known as Healthcare) at The Community at Rockhill offers long-term placements, respite care, hospice services, and a dedicated short-term rehabilitation unit in a family-like atmosphere. Our attentive professional staff provides round-the-clock senior care that respects the dignity of each individual.

Rockhill’s interdisciplinary team of doctors, therapists and other health care professionals assesses the needs of each resident to develop an individualized comprehensive care plan. Team members meet regularly with residents and their family to ensure that the resident’s care plan is beneficial and realistic.

Families can rest easy knowing qualified medical assistance is always nearby with physicians and/or nurse practitioners specializing in geriatric care on site at least five days per week and on call around the clock. In addition, our licensed and professional nursing staff offer 24-hour care for those who need it.

Our Life Enrichment program engages residents in activities to both maintain and enhance their levels of function. These often include exercise, trips, crafting and individualized interactions.
