The Community at Rockhill’s Rehabilitation Services unit is within our Skilled Nursing neighborhood. Through careful evaluation and planning, the goal is to maximize independence and function of daily living. A variety of services are available, including occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech-language pathology.
Programs are designed for individuals who need rehabilitation for the following types of conditions:

Our on-site Rehabilitation program is proud to be within the 13th percentile of “Best Nursing Homes” in Pennsylvania recognized as High-Performing in Short-Term Rehabilitation by U.S. News & World Report! Skilled Nursing Facilities like ours across the nation receive an overall ranking based on many factors contributing to ratings in two categories (including Long-Term Care).
