This 866 sq ft model features all the comforts of home, with a full kitchen for cooking and entertaining, a 4-season sunroom, and spacious walk-in closets. Other two-bedroom apratments include Poplar (2 bed, 1 bath), Oak (2 bed 1 bath), and Spruce (2 bed, 1,5 bath).
Description: The Art Gallery at Rockhill is a unique space in our community featuring five to six rotating shows per year that highlight local artists. This wheelchair-accessible space is open from 9am to 4pm daily.
Description: The Learning/Wellness Center is a shared space on The Community at Rockhill campus. The center focuses on health and wellness and features a heated indoor pool and whirlpool spa open daily, newly renovated cardiovascular and strength training facilities open 24/7 for residents, daily group exercises, and assisted therapeutic services such as massage and physical therapy.
Description: The Florida room combines indoors and outdoors with large windows overlooking the campus, a beautifully landscaped courtyard, and supplies plenty of natural light. It is the perfect spot to read a book, gather with friends, or watch the seasons change.
Description: Hilltop Harvest Restaurant in Alderfer Dining Room gives independent living residents options to dine in or order pickup. Having a meal plan is entirely optional, however, many residents find they enjoy having a delicious meal in the company of friends. Hilltop Harvest offers meals made-to-order, festive holiday meals, nightly specials, homemade soups, sandwiches, grab and go, and buffet options. There is something for everyone.
Description: The waterfall lobby & library offers a serene environment to browse bookshelves and cozy up with a publication while being surrounded by the relaxing sounds of water. Large windows keep this space connected with the outside.
