Grace Inspired Living is proud to announce that its continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) have been designated 2026 “Best Nursing Homes” by global resource U.S. News & World Report for another year in a row.
Upon public release of the digital media company’s official rankings on November 13, 2025, the Healthcare centers at both The Community at Rockhill and Lutheran Community at Telford were featured on the list as “High-Performing.” Every year, U.S. News evaluates close to 15,000 Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) across the nation. The Community at Rockhill in Sellersville, PA, has been awarded this designation for both Long-Term Care and Short-Term Rehabilitation, while the Telford campus achieved the same in Long-Term Care.
Since 2009, each edition of “Best Nursing Homes” takes into consideration resident care, health & safety, patient outcomes, infection control, staffing metrics, and over a dozen other factors centering on quality of care. The outlet’s proprietary ratings methodology, now expanded for 2026, compares and compiles a variety of measures put forth by regulatory bodies like the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and each senior healthcare facility receives rankings for Short-Term Rehab and Long-Term Care, which are then combined to determine an Overall Rating per individual nursing home.
These figures, as they have been assigned to Grace Inspired Living’s CCRCs, place both within the 19th percentile, ranked highly in one or both categories. In simpler terms, this equates to every 1 in 5 facilities—only about 3,000—nationwide, a threshold narrowed even further by state, where our Bucks County, PA campuses land within the top 100, according to the ratings.
Our organization relies on its Skilled Nursing teams to support our unified Mission and consistently provide outstanding care to their residents. Congratulations to all of our hard-working staff on achieving this remarkable distinction on a grand scale! Click below to explore the full list.
