There are four primary living areas at LCT: Harbinger Terrace, The Meadows, Luther Village and our newly constructed Summerfield Cottages. Some of our residences include Wi-Fi and essential utilities such as water, sewer, electricity, trash removal, heating and air conditioning, basic cable TV and property taxes. On-site maintenance ensures that the hassle of up-keep is no longer a burden on our residents so they can focus on what they feel is most important. Residents who own vehicles rest assured that their car is on-site, off-street and secure.
- Harbinger Terrace – One- and two-bedroom apartment homes in a prime location with a hub of activities and programming to help you stay connected.
- The Meadows – Our newest apartment building, The Meadows, offers 50 one- and two-bedroom apartments offering modern comfort and walking distance to a supermarket, municipal park and public library.
- Luther Village – One of the most high-variety CCRC accommodations in Bucks County, ranging from apartments to cottages and duplexes. Residents can also enjoy our Founder’s Fare café, serving three meals a day, and easy access to the Center for Community Life.
