The Community at Rockhill’s Skilled Nursing (also known as Healthcare) offers long-term placements, respite care, hospice services and a dedicated short-term rehabilitation unit. Overall, Skilled Nursing is an advanced level of care that involves a combination of nursing and therapy services requiring trained medical professionals. As a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), The Community at Rockhill is set up to handle caring for illness, injury, recovering from surgery, and many other unexpected health scenarios that older adults may face.
