Aging In Place
It’s important to distinguish between Personal Care and Assisted Living. While the terms were once interchangeable, Pennsylvania began licensing them separately in 2011. Personal Care homes, like those at Grace Inspired Living, provide housing, meals and assistance with medications and activities of daily living. Assisted Living offers the same services, but provides Skilled Nursing from the same space, if needed.
While Grace Inspired Living’s CCRCs uphold the philosophy of aging in place, we do offer Skilled Nursing as part of the Continuum of Care. This continuum begins with Independent Living and seamlessly transitions to Personal Care and Skilled Nursing (Healthcare) as needed. This approach ensures that residents can remain in a familiar environment as their care needs evolve, providing continuity and comfort. Residents can move into our community at any level of care.
