Exhibit Opens Monday, November 15th.
Rich Godshall worked in the graphic arts field as an illustrator, designer and art director for twenty-five years before opening up Off The Wall Gallery & Framing in 2002. Since then, in addition to overseeing his gallery located in Skippack, PA, he has devoted more time to painting landscapes in watercolor and acrylic. The main influences in Godshall’s paintings are the New Hope Impressionists and the Hudson River School painters of years gone by. A lifelong Pennsylvania resident, his subject matter is derived from the beautiful landscapes of Bucks and Montgomery Counties as well as the New Jersey shore. Godshall, who is a member of GNAL and PVAC has had his work featured in both Bucks County and Montgomery County Town and Country magazines. For many years he has taught painting classes at Abington Adult Evening School. His paintings are on display at Off The Wall and also at Avra Fine Art Gallery in Margate, New Jersey. Godshall’s paintings are included in many private collections throughout the Northeast and have garnered several awards in juried shows.
The exhibit runs through Monday, January 3, 2022 at the Gallery at Rockhill.
