On Friday, May 21, our communities – The Community at Rockhill and Lutheran Community at Telford – celebrated all their waitstaff in honor of National Waitstaff Day. We appreciate everything our staff does to ensure our residents have an enjoyable dining experience. Thanks to their efforts, our dining programs thrive.
Our waitstaff serve as the conduit between resident and kitchen staff to help provide an extraordinary dining experience. Our food may be delicious, but our waitstaff’s attitude and attentiveness enhances the entire experience.
We are proud of the way our staff goes out of their way to ensure each resident receives the best service and best meal possible. They are a valuable asset to our communities.
Our team includes long-term staffers along with students who work on a part-time basis. Many of our students begin during their high school career and return to work on breaks and summers during their college years.
