Grace Inspired Ministries is dedicated to protecting the health and well-being of our residents and team members. We are actively working within the guidelines provided by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control) and our local health department and are monitoring this situation very closely.
We are proactively focused on the prevention of all flus, including COVID-19, and are working diligently to ensure our communities are clean, safe, and disinfected regularly. To increase the safety of our resident population and staff, the management and infection control team of Grace Inspired Ministries has mandated additional measures to supplement the current precautions and best practice guidelines issued by the CDC. These measures include:
– Encouraging all residents and staff members to follow the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) (www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html) for preventing any viral respiratory infections within our communities, including regular and proper hand washing techniques, practicing proper cough etiquette, and advising sick employees to remain at home if they exhibit signs of the virus.
– Restricting all visitors to one entry point at each of our communities
– Requiring all visitors to our personal care and health care neighborhoods to answer screening questions prior to gaining admission to campus.
