It is with great pleasure that Grace Inspired Living announces the awarding of U.S. News & World Report‘s “Best Nursing Homes” for 2025 to both its continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs), The Community at Rockhill and Lutheran Community at Telford! We are so very proud of our Healthcare teams at both campuses. The global news source released their official rankings on November 12, 2024.
The digital media company’s annual evaluation features ratings of nearly 15,000 Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) across the country. The Community at Rockhill has earned the designation in both Long-Term Care and Short-Term Rehab, while Lutheran Community at Telford achieved the same designation for Long-Term Care! Of those evaluated, the latest edition recognizes Grace Inspired Living Communities as within the 20% percentile, ranking highly in either or both categories. For perspective, this only amounts to about 3,000 facilities nationwide—or every 1 in 5. That threshold narrows even further in Pennsylvania, specifically, where The Community at Rockhill lands within the top 100 nursing homes, according to the report.
U.S. News’ proprietary ratings methodology factors in resident care, safety, infection control, health inspection results, patient outcomes and nurse staffing, as well as other aspects of quality using a variety of measures put forth by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), such as consistency and retention, the use of antipsychotic drugs, and successful prevention of E.R. visits. Each facility receives its Overall Rating based on a combined ranking for Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care; both of Grace Inspired Living’s CCRCs have achieved “High Performing” in the latter for the coming year.
